About Zenify
Zenify is a buyer-exclusive M&A advisory firm. We exist to bring independent judgment and a structured process to corporate buyers in the sub-$50M market - where most advisory infrastructure serves sellers, and where buyers are largely left to navigate one of the most capital-intensive decisions of their business life without anyone genuinely in their corner.

How It All Started
Zenify did not start with a product. It started with a client.
In Zenify's first mandate, Celine delivered a body of work that went well beyond what had been scoped. The client got more than they expected. When Celine proposed the second engagement, the client called her and said: what you have listed here is not what made you valuable to us.
He went away and wrote up what Celine had actually done - in four stages. Market Scan. Analytics. Approach. Heads of Agreement through to Due Diligence. That document, written by the client, became the structural foundation of what is now the Targeted Acquisition Program.
Celine kept his language over her instinct to use more technical terms. She trusted that how he understood the work was the right signal - that if the person receiving the value could name it that clearly, that was the name worth keeping.
That story matters because it reflects how Zenify operates. The work came first. The product definition followed. And the client's experience of the value was the measure that shaped everything.

Zenify was founded by Celine Nguyen, CFA - 20 years across investment management, sales, and M&A advisory in Vietnam, Singapore and Australia. She has worked in frontier market fund management, built sales capability from scratch with no prior background in it, led healthcare M&A advisory at Greenwich Capital Partners for seven years, and founded Zenify in 2022 from personal savings with no external backing.
Her career began in investment management in Vietnam -first at Indochina Land, then as a portfolio analyst and research analyst at Dragon Capital, one of Southeast Asia's largest frontier market fund managers, and then as an investment analyst and portfolio manager at Duxton Asset Management, where she was promoted to manage a new fund within 6 months of joining.
In 2012 she moved to Australia and spent three years in sales and business development - at CityIndex, where she consistently hit a target of 15 new accounts per month with no prior sales background, and at Google. She did not approach it the way most salespeople do. She educated clients, warned them about risk, and let the relationship do the work. She outperformed because of that.
In 2015 she joined Greenwich Capital Partners, where she spent 7 years leading healthcare M&A advisory. She built the firm's lead generation and conversion capability from scratch - because she had seen what a pipeline looked like when it depended entirely on senior relationships, and she knew that was a fragile way to run a business. That system is still running today.
In 2022 she founded Zenify Investments. From personal savings. No external capital, no institutional backing, no partners. With a 6-year-old daughter. She has built it to a defined product, a retained client base, and a team - the same way she has built everything else in her life: by doing the work that most people are not willing to do, for as long as it takes.
That combination - investment discipline, sales instinct, advisory experience, and the kind of work ethic that does not come from a credential - is what sits behind every Zenify mandate.
Team

Client Testimonial
This was our second time hiring Celine for our acquisition program. Her independent analysis challenged our thinking and ultimately changed which business we acquired. She then led the negotiation and secured a purchase price significantly below the founder’s original asking price. Would hire her again!

How We Work
Zenify takes a small number of mandates at any time. That is deliberate. The depth of work the Targeted Acquisition Program requires - the market mapping, the independent analysis, the owner approach strategies, the negotiation support - cannot be done well at volume. We would rather do fewer things properly than more things adequately.
If you are considering an acquisition, the right question is not whether Zenify can help. It is whether this is the right moment to engage, and whether your acquisition objective is one we can pursue with conviction. That is what the first conversation is for.
