Zenify Investments is an independent buy-side M&A advisory firm working with corporate acquirers in Australia’s $1m-$50m SME market.
Founded in 2022, Zenify was created around a simple belief: corporate acquirers in the SME market should have access to the same depth of strategic advice, investment analysis and transaction execution expected in much larger deals.
We advise boards and management teams across the full acquisition journey - from defining where to grow and finding the right businesses to building the investment case, negotiating terms and completing the transaction.
Our approach is grounded in independent judgement and investor discipline: not simply whether a deal can be done, but whether it should be done, what it is worth and how it can create lasting value.

Celine has spent more than 20 years developing her understanding of how businesses create value, how capital should be allocated and what makes an acquisition worth pursuing. Her career spans investment management, corporate advisory and M&A, including roles as Head of Healthcare Advisory at Greenwich Capital Partners, Portfolio Manager at Duxton Asset Management and business development at Google. She has advised on more than $200 million of SME transactions.
At Zenify, Celine works directly with boards and management teams from acquisition strategy through to completion. Clients have relied on her to identify opportunities, build the investment case, negotiate terms and guide complex transactions forward. Her independent analysis has challenged assumptions, changed which businesses clients ultimately acquired and led to repeat mandates.
Celine’s experience is underpinned by years of formal study and professional training. She is a CFA Charterholder, holds a Master of Applied Finance awarded with the Dean’s Medal, and completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. These achievements reflect a long-term commitment to understanding businesses, investment and M&A at a deeper level.
Celine founded Zenify to bring that depth of investment thinking to Australia’s SME market- and to help strong businesses, capable people and good ideas go further through the right acquisition.

Celine Nguyen, CFA
Celine's strongest advocates are often people she has worked with before. They describe her as a “safe pair of hands” - someone who does what she says she will do, takes ownership of the work and stays with it until the job is done. It is why many of Zenify's relationships continue well beyond the first mandate.
M&A Manager
Nishit Agrawal
Nishit brings a decade of experience across investment banking, structured finance and transaction advisory. He spent three years with SBI Capital Markets before joining PwC, where he progressed to Associate Director over seven years. Originally trained as an engineer before completing an MBA in Finance, Nishit brings a structured, analytical approach to evaluating businesses, financing transactions and understanding the risks underpinning an acquisition.

Harry Joils
Harry combines a strong academic record with a foundation in finance, law and restructuring. A Sydney Scholars Award recipient, he achieved the equivalent of a 99.80 ATAR before commencing Law and Commerce (Finance) at the University of Sydney, where he maintains a Distinction average. He brings this analytical discipline to market research, investment analysis and transaction execution at Zenify.
